TigerTel seeks a work-from-home inbound customer service representative in Canada. You will assist a variety of clients remotely, focusing on quality service and issue resolution.

Shifts are on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm, with training paid at $20/hour and ramping to $30/hour after you’re up to speed. This part-time role has no benefits and requires a quiet home workspace.

Formación

• Fluent in English and French is a strong plus.
• Ability to handle inbound inquiries with courtesy.
• Comfort with using a PC and online communication tools.
