Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking a remote, full-time contractor to own and scale the brand’s creative across packaging, web, email, and paid social.

You’ll translate the founder’s vision into clear briefs, lead designers and render artists, and build a robust design system that accelerates outputs while preserving quality. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and growth to ensure cohesive launches.

Qualifications

• Must have experience owning creative direction for ecommerce/DTC brands from concept to execution.
• Hands-on Amazon listing images, A+ content, and premium beauty/personal care creative.
• Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and multi-channel assets.
• Experience leading and directing designers and render artists with quality control.
• Production knowledge: packaging files, print specs, and production constraints.
• Experience with TikTok/Meta-driven creative and testing iterations.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and build structured processes.
• Excellent communication across marketing, product, and growth in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the brand's creative direction across packaging, web, email, and paid social.
• Translate founder vision into briefs, concepts, and execution plans for the team.
• Lead, coach, and quality-check designers and render artists.
• Build and maintain a design system with templates and asset libraries.
• Drive performance creative for TikTok and Meta with growth collaboration.
• Own packaging production workflow end-to-end: print specs, proofing, revisions, handoff.
• Create intake, prioritization, and review cadences with version control.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth for cohesive launches.
• Step in hands-on for high-impact work when needed.
