Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Brand Graphic Designer (Contractor) based in Canada to support B2B marketing with editorial design, brand systems, and data visualization.

You’ll work on long-form assets like eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, and decks, and develop digital and print creatives for campaigns while translating complex concepts into clear visuals. This fully remote role requires collaboration with strategy, account management, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience in a B2B, agency, technology-focused, freelance, or contract environment.
• Editorial and layout design for digital publications (eBooks, whitepapers, reports, one-pagers).
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign, including master pages, style sheets, grid systems, and document template development.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Portfolio demonstrating B2B technology-focused brand campaigns, editorial design, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact B2B marketing collateral, including long-form assets.
• Build and maintain InDesign templates, master pages, and styles.
• Create digital and print assets for integrated campaigns.
• Translate complex concepts into clear visuals via illustrations and infographics.
• Advise teams during creative meetings and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver assets.
• Maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across client accounts.
• Adapt to different client guidelines and project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
