Qualifications

• Active Canadian CPA designation required.
• 5+ years in accounting or financial reporting.
• Experience in e-commerce/retail or inventory-driven business.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting standards.
• Detail-oriented with analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full financial reporting cycle from month-end close to inventory accounting and internal controls.
• Lead monthly and annual close processes and ensure ledger integrity.
• Provide variance analysis and financial commentary to leadership.
• Prepare management reports and executive summaries.
• Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, and reconciliations and support audits.
