Job summary

Mira is hiring a Copy Lead to own messaging architecture across brand, campaigns, and product language. This senior role guides a small team of writers and collaborates with the Creative Director to ensure consistent, compliant copy that moves users from awareness to action.

Remote full-time, with flexible hours, you will build libraries, style guides, and training materials to scale Mira's brand voice as the company grows in the wellness and femtech space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of copywriting experience with senior or lead-level ownership of brand or campaign messaging.
• Experience writing in regulated or compliance-sensitive categories (health, finance, wellness, or similar) is a strong plus.
• Demonstrates genuine copy craft: hooky, scroll-stopping lines that are scannable, human, and clear.
• Product marketing fluency: can link copy to business goals and user research.
• Proficient with AI-assisted writing tools, with strong judgment on what to keep or discard.
• A portfolio showing range across campaign, product, and multi-channel copy.
• Experience training, editing, or managing other writers.
• Native English proficiency.
• Nice-to-have: femtech or wellness background; prior experience managing writers directly.

Responsibilities

• Own messaging architecture and top-level copy for major campaigns and product launches.
• Maintain up-to-date brand and product copy, including claims, with ongoing legal collaboration.
• Build and maintain copy libraries, style guides, and training materials to scale Mira's brand voice.
• Edit, QA, and coach copywriters and content team output to a single, consistent standard.
• Manage and grow the two copywriters with day-to-day direction and hiring as the team scales.
• Partner with the Creative Director on how copy and design integrate within the broader system.
• Flag and resolve repeating claims and compliance questions before legal review, escalating only new or ambiguous items.
