Adecco is hiring a CNC Machine Operator for a permanent, full-time night-shift role in Markham, ON. You’ll operate CNC milling machines and lathes, read blueprints, ensure quality, and document production activities.

The position offers entry-level training, opportunities for growth, and a team-focused environment. Must be eligible to work in Canada and willing to work continental night shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of measuring and inspection equipment.
• CNC training or machining education is an asset.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience is an asset.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other production equipment.
• Operate saw equipment and support production activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints and routing sheets.
• Maintain production rates while meeting quality standards.
• Inspect parts using measuring and inspection equipment.
• Verify product accuracy before shipment.
• Complete production, quality, SPC, and timesheet documentation.
• Report production issues or discrepancies to Lead Hands or Setters.
• Deburr parts as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all manufacturing and safety procedures.

About the role

Adecco is currently hiring a CNC Machine Operator for a full-time opportunity with a leading manufacturing organization in Markham, ON. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who are eager to develop their skills in CNC machining, blueprint reading, quality inspection, and precision manufacturing.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hour + $5 night premium
