Job summary

Carlisle Companies Incorporated is seeking a Sales Representative to drive EPS product sales in a remote environment. You will provide product, project, and territory development support, and deliver technical training to customers, with about 60% travel to job sites and distributors.

The role requires engaging with construction professionals, presenting solutions, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in construction materials or related field.
• Knowledge of construction materials, products and applications.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly to call on distributors, roofers, consultants, architects, and independent reps to promote and demonstrate new product information and review project specs and drawings.
• Deliver hands-on, classroom, lunch and learn, and field-based educational presentations to construction professionals.
• Collaborate with sales support and Technical Services to meet sales objectives and draft project-specific drawings.
• Develop and facilitate Territory Development Plan (TDP) with short- and long-term goals.
• Routinely provide management with written correspondence and reports covering regional sales.
