Job summary

GD Lead is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial real estate projects from planning through delivery. You will estimate costs, prepare budgets, and analyze plans and tenders while coordinating subcontractors and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with experience in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, and estimating software. A permanent, full-time position with social benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Requires training in project management, civil engineering, architecture, estimating or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction project management (commercial sector asset).
• Concrete experience in project estimating.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of construction projects: planning, coordination, execution and delivery.
• Estimate construction costs and prepare budgets.
• Analyze plans, specifications and calls for tender.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Monitor deadlines, costs and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams (property management, accounting, management).
• Manage unforeseen events on construction sites and propose solutions.
