CarePartners in Canada is seeking a Personal Support Manager to coordinate and supervise the delivery of Community Health Services, guiding the care teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

This full-time remote role requires RN/RPN, CNO registration, leadership experience, and travel to Elliot Lake, ON. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits, with growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) licensed with CNO.
• 3-5 years of relevant healthcare leadership experience.
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Experience in community healthcare is an asset.
• Proficient computer skills and scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Community Support Workers in the field.
• Develop and maintain Care Plans for Community Health Services.
• Ensure compliance with Regulated Health Professions Act and safety policies.
• Promote and market Community Health Services and maintain public relations.
• Lead workplace Health and Safety initiatives.
• Travel to Elliot Lake as required.
