Smart Apartment Data is seeking an experienced Collections Officer to manage overdue accounts and collaborate with US-based customers. You will be persistent, professional, and focused on meeting daily and weekly collection targets while maintaining accurate records and clear next steps.

The role is fully remote in Canada, with a CAD 4,000 monthly gross salary, depending on experience and demonstrated collections expertise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on collections experience in a dedicated role.
• Experience handling US customers is strongly preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and working toward KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent/overdue accounts.
• Make outbound calls and emails to follow up on payments.
• Handle objections and delays professionally.
• Record next steps and maintain case notes.
• Work toward daily and weekly collections targets and KPIs.
