Everest Clinical Research Corporation seeks a Manager, Clinical Data Manager for our Markham, Ontario, Canada on-site location, with the option to work remotely from the USA according to our Work from Home policy. You will lead data management programs, oversee teams, and manage client relationships across trials.

Ideal candidates have a B.Sc. or higher in a relevant field and 11 years of related experience, with strong leadership and communication skills, plus experience integrating new data

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or higher in Biological Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics or Mathematics.
• Eleven (11) years’ related experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of systems to collect, store, QC, and process clinical data.
• Ability to manage medical information and coordinate information processing teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels.
• Lead development and implementation of new data management standards.

Responsabilités

• Manage clinical data management programs/projects for one or multiple clients.
• Provide day-to-day technical and operational leadership to project teams.
• Mentor and develop staff and oversee data deliverables.
• Participate in budget planning, tracking, and resource planning.
• Collaborate with other service teams to optimize data management productivity.
• Contribute to interviews and candidate evaluations.
• Assist in business development activities and bid defense meetings.
