Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Clinical Study Manager (AI Training) to oversee operational execution of clinical research for AI model development. You will ensure studies are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards while coordinating with CROs and investigative sites.

The role is remote, hourly contract with 10–40 hours per week, offering freelance autonomy with task-based work and potential for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading clinical trial projects with budgets, timelines and milestones.
• Ability to coordinate CROs, investigative sites and internal teams across complex trials.
• Detail-oriented, quality-driven and systematic in execution of study plans.
• Comfortable working remotely in an asynchronous environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and spend tracking across vendors and partners.
• Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure seamless study execution.
• Identify operational risks early and resolve issues while keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Apply clinical expertise to evaluate AI-generated content related to clinical research.
