This is a remote hourly contract with flexible 10–40 hours per week, enabling you to contribute from anywhere while aligning with academic rigor. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Biology or closely related field required.
• Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication, able to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on accuracy and rigor.
• Able to work independently and asynchronously.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design graduate-level biology questions to test AI reasoning and knowledge.
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with sound explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning.
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks across undergrad to Masters levels.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance.
