Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary liaison with key client representatives to own service delivery.
• Drives client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables.
• Manages project forecasts and schedules with Sr. Project Manager or Client Services Director.
• Ensures requirements are met with high quality and timely status updates to client and internal teams.
• Escalates issues when needed and maintains up‑to‑date project records.
