  • Advise on defensible data-collection practices and conduct on-site collections when required.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues involving eDiscovery tools, databases and workflows.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of project workflows, protocols and processes.
Collaboration and Strategic Support
  • Collaborate with lawyers, legal professionals and clients to understand matter-specific requirements and develop tailored eDiscovery solutions.
  • Assist with custodian interviews to identify potentially relevant documents, data sources and information.
  • Provide practical advice regarding eDiscovery workflows, defensible methodologies, emerging technologies and cost-effective strategies.
  • Explain complex technical concepts clearly to clients and legal professionals who may not have a technical background.
Document Review and Analysis
  • Support document review and coding initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the review team.
  • Prepare reports and analytics to assist legal teams with case strategy and decision-making.
  • Participate in quality-control processes to maintain the integrity and accuracy of document productions.
Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of three years of experience as an eDiscovery Analyst, eDiscovery Case Manager or in a comparable role.
  • An equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Strong proficiency with Relativity and other document review platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas and macros.
  • Experience with SQL, Python or another programming or scripting language would be considered an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of eDiscovery best practices, defensible methodologies, industry standards and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
