Qualifications

• 1–2 years of high-volume customer service experience.
• Genuine interest in personal finance and the stock market.
• Comfort juggling multiple browser tabs and Slack to stay productive.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English; bilingual French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for clients’ financial freedom and translate complex concepts into simple terms.
• Own the client journey end-to-end and resolve issues across transfers or back-office glitches.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations to improve tools based on frontline insights.
• Become a fintech expert by mastering multiple platforms under a rotating schedule.
