Job summary

Canada Life is seeking an Investment Specialist for a 12-month contract in Toronto to process investment transactions and trades with precision. You will support advisors and back-office systems, leveraging Segregated Funds expertise. A minimum of 5 years in insurance/financial services is required.

You will scrub applications, gather signatures, enter data in WealthServ, and ensure SLAs are met, with base salary reporting between 41,100 and 68,400 CAD annually.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry.
Specialized knowledge of investment products, specifically Segregated Funds.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and WealthServ is an asset.

Responsibilities

Scrub received applications to meet SLAs.
Obtain missing information/signatures from advisors.
Enter applications into WealthServ system.
Process transactions and trades in WealthServ.
