Job summary

The Aqua Life Swim Academy is seeking a client care and sales professional for a fully remote, high-volume role in Canada. You will handle outbound and inbound calls and emails, assess client needs, and guide families to register for swim programs.

You will document all interactions in GoHighLevel and Google Workspace, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups. The role emphasizes structure, momentum, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in call-center, client care, or sales roles preferred.
• Ability to handle back-to-back calls and inquiries with attention to detail.
• Proficient at data entry and documentation of interactions in CRM.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of outbound/inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Speak with clients, assess needs, and recommend appropriate swim programs.
• Convert inquiries into registrations in a clear and professional manner.
• Follow up on incomplete registrations and warm leads.
• Manage client accounts, schedule changes, and general questions.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM (GoHighLevel / Google Workspace).
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth client experience.
