Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a call centre claims examiner with a healthcare background to assess and process insurance claims remotely in Canada. You will apply medical knowledge to ensure consistency and accuracy, communicate with clients and internal teams, and maintain detailed records.

The role is full-time, fully remote, with Mon-Fri 8:30-5, 3 weeks vacation, personal days and health insurance. English/French bilingualism is a strong asset; 5+ years in the assistance/claims space is

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in the assistance industry (contact centre/claims processing) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both official languages are essential.

Responsibilities

• Apply medical knowledge to assess claims for consistency/appropriate course of action taken.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients consistently and throughout the process.
• Update and maintain accurate records of all claims/actions/communications.
• Speak with healthcare providers, clients, and other stakeholders to gather information.
• Review claims to determine validity and accuracy.
