Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive first notice of loss calls for auto and home claims via express center.
• Explain basic claim process and next steps to customers.
• Communicate with customers and third parties to collect necessary information.
• Schedule inspections or coordinate vendors/repair work as needed.
• Process and route documents, manage correspondence and data entry.
• Maintain accurate claim files and ensure timely updates.
