Job summary

isgSearch in Toronto seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead due diligence, investigations, and major infrastructure project delivery. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, field, construction, and consulting teams to advance complex initiatives from planning through execution.

The role requires 12-15+ years of experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, risk, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

  • 12-15+ years of experience delivering major infrastructure projects.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience leading due diligence/investigation programs involving areas such as geotechnical, utilities, structural, or site/corridor investigations.
  • Strong civil construction and field operations experience.
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between investigations, design, and construction.
  • Experience with project budgets, schedules, estimates, change management, and risk.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; Primavera P6 or MS Project considered an asset.
