EBC Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to oversee major infrastructure bids and projects. You will review tender documents, determine scope, and coordinate scheduling with site teams across multiple civil works.

You will lead client communications and ensure alignment with budget targets and project plans. The role requires 7–10 years of relevant experience, advanced MS Office/MS Project/Bluebeam skills, and a proactive leadership mindset to drive successful

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering Technology is required.
• Advanced communication and problem solving skills.
• Initiative and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and estimates to determine scope, scheduling, and planning.
• Provide leadership and maintain relationships with clients, staff, subcontractors, consultants, and workers.
• Inform Senior Project Manager of project development and methods to meet schedule and budget.
• Plan and monitor appointed projects; assist in preparing final as-built records.
• Ensure safety programs are followed and contribute to project safety inspections.
