Job summary

Ateko Author is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to work remotely in Canada, focusing on building and optimizing omnichannel marketing for global clients. You will implement, configure and maintain Marketing Cloud solutions, while designing journeys and dashboards to drive revenue from email and mobile campaigns.

The role requires hands-on Marketing Cloud experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for data-driven marketing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Understanding of email marketing and metrics.
• Basic knowledge of data segmentation and analysis; SQL is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion to become an expert in data-driven marketing automation.
• Based in and legally eligible to work in Canada or the United States.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation, configuration, customization, and maintenance of client Marketing Cloud instances.
• Design solutions to address business needs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Optimize client marketing automation to improve lead nurturing and revenue via email and mobile campaigns.
• Design and build journeys such as welcome series, promotions, and reactivation campaigns.
• Contribute to documentation and training for clients' marketing automation.
• Create and review dashboards and reports to analyze performance and identify improvements.
• Monitor and maintain data quality for clients' marketing databases.
• Prepare, test and deploy campaigns using emails, workflows, landing pages, and forms.
• Collaborate with clients and internal team members.
