Job summary

Dexterra seeks a Guest Service Agent for Manitoba remote camps. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins, reservations, and communications; and support daily admin tasks to ensure a safe, efficient camp experience.

You will rotate 4 days on/3 days off, based in remote Manitoba camps, with meals/accommodations provided. Proficiency in Camp Manager software and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Guest Service Agent experience in a similar or hotel environment.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assign rooms and issue keys or access cards.
• Maintain occupancy and client records; book/modify reservations.
• Transmit messages and distribute morning reports to clients and staff.
• Complete weekly billing and send charge sheets to clients.
• Orientate clients to camp rules and safety procedures.
• Provide information on camp facilities, services, and schedules.
