Job summary

Karens is seeking a Solutions Consultant to analyze business processes and design, develop and execute them against client workflows. You will validate complex applications to ensure the system meets requirements and addresses business needs, collaborating with functional, industry, and technical specialists to assist with implementation and integration of innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business analysis and requirements elicitation.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
• Preferably with systems integration experience.
• Familiarity with Agile Development (Scrum/Kanban).
• Retail/Consumer products experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tradebeyond expertise to customers.
• Prepare for and conduct conference room pilots for customers demonstrating the capabilities of the CBX PLM and Sourcing Software.
• Configure software application to support the customer’s business processes.
• Work closely with customer to define and execute test scripts.
• Monitor project progress relative to assigned tasks and communicate progress regularly to management.
• Work with Tradebeyond architecture, development and quality assurance teams to ensure the customer’s software solution needs are met.

About The Role

As a Solutions Consultant, you will focus on the analysis of business processes to design, develop and execute them against the client workflow processes. You will be responsible for validating complex business applications to verify the system works per the requirement specification and validate the system addresses the business need. You will work alongside functional, industry, and technical specialists to assist with the development, implementation and integration of innovative solutions including methods, techniques, tools, change management, and training. You will contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive value added services and work products.

Also, You Will

• Provide Tradebeyond expertise to customers
• Provide best-practice input in the definition of customer’s “to-be” business processes
• Prepare for and conduct conference room pilots for customers demonstrating the capabilities of the CBX PLM and Sourcing Software
• Configure software application to support the customer’s business processes
• Work closely with customer to define and execute test scripts
• Monitor project progress relative to assigned tasks and communicate progress regularly to management
• Work with Tradebeyond architecture, development and quality assurance teams to ensure the customer’s software solution needs are met

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements elicitation
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
• Preferably with systems integration experience
• Familiarity with some or all of these technologies a plus: Java, XML, J2EE, JSON, API
• Familiarity in Agile Development, particularly Scrum or Kanban
• Scrum Master experience is an advantage
• Retail / Consumer products experience (business or information technology) a plus
• Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree

Travel Requirement

• Able to travel, as required on projects
• Workplace : On-site
