Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10–15 years of leadership experience in sales and operations, preferably in building materials, construction, or manufacturing.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and business recovery.
• Strong operational and production management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Established relationships within Lethbridge/Southern Alberta building and construction industry are a strong asset.
• Active involvement in the local business community is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch recovery and growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including production, scheduling, logistics, and quality control.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and suppliers.
• Represent Timber-Tech Truss in local associations and industry events.
• Coach and develop branch staff across departments and manage budget targets.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations and efficient execution of orders.
