Job summary

Randstad Canada invites a results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Timmins location. You will direct daily operations, coach a high‑performing team, manage key accounts and ensure superior service across the territory.

Based in Timmins, you will develop sales strategies, monitor performance, and build growth opportunities while aligning with company policies. A strong background in management and financial acumen will help you succeed in this hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of proven management or supervisory experience.
  • Ability to read and analyze financial reports and develop implementation strategies to meet fiscal targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; AS400 experience is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and recommend sales strategies, marketing objectives, sales volume goals, and profit forecasts to the District Manager.
  • Build, maintain, and expand sales and profit objectives with assigned key accounts.
  • Identify new market opportunities to actively grow and develop the Timmins territory.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, particularly regarding inventory control, delivery, billing, collections, and facility security.
  • Monitor inventory, investigate root causes for discrepancies between physical counts and stock control records, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain customer service measurement standards and implement necessary actions to ensure consistently high compliance.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard branch personnel in accordance with company standards.
  • Create balanced work schedules across all branch functions—including counter sales and inside sales to optimize workflow and maintain service standards.
  • Promote and maintain a positive, productive, and collaborative work climate within the branch.

Location: Timmins, Ontario

Position Type: Full-Time

Base Salary Range: CAD $65,000 – $85,000 / year (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and drive-oriented Branch Manager to lead and grow in the Timmins location.
