What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver first-class service while preventing complaints and increasing revenue
- Provide sales support for Medium & Enterprise Sales Channel Partners
- Engage in sales support activities such as deal creation and sales chat support
- Perform order entry for sales support
- Contribute to the improvement of sales processes and manage follow-ups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Available to work full-time Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST
- Reside within 100 km of the employer's center in Laval
- High-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet workspace
- Bilingual in French and English, with a requirement to answer customers in English around 80% of the time
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
