Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
• Demonstrated customer experience skills with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments as per procedures and TD's Code of Conduct.
• Understand customer needs to recommend banking solutions.
• Respond and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalate when needed.
• Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.
• Interact with customers to explain banking solutions clearly and confidently.
• Contribute to a positive, diverse and equitable work environment through teamwork and development.
• Support the team by staying aligned and updating on routine activities.
• Suggest operational improvements to enhance customer experiences.
