Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate enterprise-level support and service activities for designated clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and understand client business and product installations.
• Coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues.
• Document activities in the CRM system and track outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to evaluate business conditions and sales trends.
