Job summary

Rogers is seeking an Outbound Business Sales Consultant to engage Small-Medium Business customers, upgrading internet, wireless and cable services. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, consult on current packages, and uncover upsell opportunities to drive value.

Base pay is CAD 1,280 monthly excluding commissions, with earnings potential of CAD 60K–140K+ per year based on performance. Flexible remote schedule Mon-Fri 10:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, and provincial eligibility for remote work across

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable sales experience; commission-based roles excluded if no targets.
• Formal training in recognized sales methodologies is a strong asset.
• Telecommunications experience preferred but not required.
• Must reside in Canada; Ontario posting focus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with SMB customers.
• Consult on current packages and identify upsell opportunities.
