Macromator is seeking a high-energy Marketing Consultant to drive customer success and growth for a niche portfolio of B2B technology clients. You will act as the primary client contact and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in email marketing
• Understanding of marketing data and web leads
• Familiar with digital marketing and social media best practices
• Strong knowledge of platforms and campaign setup
• Excellent communication skills in client meetings

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support client onboarding to ensure smooth transitions and a positive experience.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and communication materials.
• Maintain and update client records and databases with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and uphold service levels.
• Monitor client accounts and transactions, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
• Provide clients with product/service information, updates, and training as required.
• Manage client complaints and elevate complex cases to senior staff when appropriate.
• Track and report on client satisfaction, performance metrics, and feedback.
• Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of client service policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards in all client interactions.
