Kibbi is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Architectural Project Manager for public sector projects, offering a remote-friendly role across Canada. Qualifications

• 7–12 years of architectural experience including 3–4 years in project management within Architecture
• Experience delivering projects from design through construction
• Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Canadian building codes and municipal bylaws
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate project teams, manage schedules and budgets

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project teams, consultants, clients and stakeholders to keep projects on track
• Deliver projects from design development through construction documentation and administration
• Contribute to planning, documentation, scheduling and budget management
• Liaise with municipal authorities and resolve technical and project-related issues
