Job summary

NORR Architects Engineers Planners is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on residential projects. You will plan, manage, and control scope, schedules, and budgets to meet contractual commitments and deliverables across Canada, the US, and the UK.

You will engage with clients, coordinate with architects and engineers, monitor performance, forecast revenue, and ensure quality through QA/QC processes.

Qualifications

• Must have 10–15 years of project work experience.
• Experience in residential projects is an asset.
• Registered with a relevant professional association is an asset.
• Strong leadership, client management, and financial forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, develop, monitor, and control project scope, work plans, schedules, and budgets across all stages.
• Develop a detailed work plan for architectural and engineering disciplines and monitor progress.
• Lead an integrated team of architects and engineers in QA/QC for deliverables.
• Maintain understanding of project scope and negotiate changes to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with contractors, sub-consultants, and authorities to address constructability issues and owner concerns.
