Outlier is recruiting English-speaking evaluators to train AI models by assessing live conversations, image and video prompts, and outputs. You will rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity and provide concise explanations in English.

The role is remote and flexible in hours. You’ll work on scenarios that require careful attention to detail, and a clear, evidence-based approach to feedback.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of responses.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Write specific English explanations pointing to observations.
