Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to help train AI models by providing live and structured feedback. This freelance role is remote with flexible hours, allowing you to work when it suits you.

You will assess AI-generated voice, image, and video outputs, provide written explanations, and help ensure the models learn from realistic, high-quality data. Applicants should have strong written and spoken English, a degree or higher, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment of audio and video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of what was observed.
