Outlier is seeking fluent English speakers for remote, flexible freelance work training AI models. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos, and provide detailed explanations in English about what you observed.

Ideal candidates have strong written English, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to decide clearly when options have flaws. Screening and onboarding precede project work with pay up to USD 18 per hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural everyday conversational speech.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail, patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide English explanations detailing observations.
