Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks an AI Video Editor based in Canada to blend traditional editing with AI-powered tools. You will create polished content for social media, marketing, advertising, and other digital channels, transforming both original and AI-generated footage into engaging short- and long-form videos.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a Video Editor.
• Hands-on experience using AI video generation or AI-assisted production tools.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut.
• Experience producing short-form content specifically for social media.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, marketing, advertising, and other digital platforms.
• Create AI-generated video content using platforms such as Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, Synthesia, Pika, or similar tools.
• Generate and integrate AI-powered visuals, scenes, avatars, voiceovers, and other video elements.
• Combine AI-generated assets with traditional footage, graphics, animations, and stock media to create polished final productions.
• Add captions, transitions, music, sound effects, motion graphics, and other finishing elements that enhance viewer engagement.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Follow creative briefs, brand guidelines, and project specifications while maintaining consistency across deliverables.
• Test emerging AI video tools and develop more efficient workflows that improve production speed, quality, and creative output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize deliverables effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
