Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field with substantial video/visual media production experience.
• Proven expertise in video editing and post-production, including audio editing and storytelling.
• Experience with animation and visual effects for digital or educational content.
• Ability to work effectively in remote, collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and refine animations and visual effects outputs to support AI model training.
• Organize, label, and maintain structured project files and media assets for dataset creation.
• Assess AI-generated content, implement feedback, and ensure outputs meet quality standards.
• Develop rubrics and evaluation frameworks to train and benchmark AI systems with video content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing feedback to support AI model development.
