Job summary

Outlier is seeking talented English speakers to help train AI models by rating and explaining outputs. This freelance, remote role offers flexible hours and a pay rate up to USD 18 per hour for core project work.

Contributors will assess live conversations and multimedia outputs, provide written explanations in English, and comply with screening and onboarding steps. Additional incentive opportunities exist through Missions and surge pricing.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to zoom in and review content carefully.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging alignment with prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Providing written explanations in English that describe observations and rationale.
