Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to bridge AI-powered customer success and intelligent workflow automation. You will identify high-value use cases, build agentic workflows, and embed AI across Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, and more, using no-code tools and LLM APIs.

The role emphasizes practical automation over production-grade software and aims to scale customer experiences with data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

AI/LLM concepts understood and able to translate into practical business outcomes without deep software engineering.
Experience wiring up workflows and automations using no-code/low-code tools to connect systems.
Ability to interpret telemetry and dashboards to drive improvements and recommendations.
Ability to present AI outcomes to internal stakeholders in business terms.

Responsibilities

Identify and execute AI use cases across the customer lifecycle to improve adoption and retention.
Design, build, and maintain workflow automations and platform integrations across enterprise tools.
Develop, test, and iterate on prompt engineering to maximize model accuracy and value.
Monitor performance, surface trends, and drive data-driven improvements to AI programs.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Operations to embed AI in core workflows.
