Scale AI's Outlier platform seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Contributors are freelance contractors who earn up to $15 per hour plus incentives, with weekly payments and flexible hours across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot errors like distorted anatomy, flickering, text, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write English explanations that describe what you saw or heard and why a choice was made.
