Job summary

Outlier is recruiting English-speaking evaluators to rate AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You'll rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, write concise explanations in English, and contribute to making AI systems safer and more reliable. Flexible hours, paid weekly, and free access to leading LLMs are included.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Writing explanations in English that pinpoint what was seen or heard.
