Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will rate outputs, write concise explanations in English, and help improve how AI systems reason and respond. Join a flexible, fully remote team working with leading LLMs and contributors worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Aufgaben

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking how natural they sound.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing detailed English explanations of what was seen or heard to guide improvements.
