As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, your insights help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn, contributing to frontier research and real-world performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to look and listen closely.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs for distortions, flickering, or misalignment and writing explanations in English.
