Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in to verify issues.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios conversationally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when two options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing explanations in English.
