Outlier is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve through structured evaluation and feedback. Remote, flexible hours with weekly pay and access to leading LLMs are key benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews or explanations.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely (zooming, replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Provide written explanations in English pointing to observed issues, with specific details.
