Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Solutions Consulting Director, based in Canada, for a fully remote, senior leadership role. You will blend executive client engagement with hands-on architecture, discovery, and pre-sales leadership to shape AI and technology roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes.

Travel to the United States is required, with a preference for Toronto area-based candidates. You will lead strategic opportunities across AI, cloud, and software, and help grow the AI consulting practice

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering and technical leadership in consulting or digital services.
• Lead client workshops and discovery, translate needs into solutions.
• Proven experience with AI, data, and cloud ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Delivery to identify strategic enterprise opportunities.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and pre-sales engagements.
• Develop proofs of concept, reference architectures, and demos.
• Translate objectives into actionable solution architectures and roadmaps.
• Engage with VP- and C-level stakeholders and communicate business value.
