Job summary

Dynata is seeking an AI Learning & Enablement Lead to design and deliver practical learning programs, enablement resources, and adoption support that help employees and leaders use approved AI tools more effectively. This role focuses on usable learning experiences, prompt resources, workshops, and role-based enablement for tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, and other approved platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development or Enablement, creating scalable learning resources and workshops.
• Hands-on AI tools experience (Claude, Copilot, Perplexity) and ability to teach non-technical audiences.
• Strong facilitation, instructional design, communications, and program coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI curricula, office hours, microlearning, and manager sessions.
• Create prompt examples, use-case guides, job aids, and quick-reference tools.
• Develop role-based learning pathways and adoption campaigns in partnership with HR and business stakeholders.
• Generate practical checklists and guidance to ensure quality AI outputs and responsible use.
• Lead learning campaigns, workshops, and communities of practice content.
• Track learning participation and outcomes for continuous program improvement.
