Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs to prompts, and explain what looked off in writing. Earn up to $15 per hour with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Contributors help improve AI systems by spotting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio and video, then rating outputs on usefulness and realism.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, flicker, misalignment or audio-visual mismatches.
• Provide written explanations highlighting what looked off and why.
